'Tis the sixth day of the blog tour for Abigayle Claire's amazing new book, Andora's Folly - and now it's my turn to show off the gorgeous thing! I beta-read it, and I can definitely tell you that it is an amazing book. (which you all need to read, stat)

A Pandora's Box retellingAndora is a beautiful young woman with insatiable curiosity. Raised in splendor, she is spoiled by her privileged life. When a love letter is slid under her door, her life takes a drastically unromantic turn. Nothing makes sense—her arranged marriage, the gifts her parents bestow on her wedding day, or her new husband’s temperament. As Andora begins to unravel the mysteries around her, she ignites a chain of events that have the power to sabotage her entire village forever. Only her new-found wisdom as a desperate peasant's wife can save her from her folly.

Abigayle
has been inspired to write since she could spell her own name. Her passion
wasn’t completing the stories (she did that twice and decided it wasn’t for
her), it was jotting down the ideas. But in 2015, a story grabbed her—one she had to finish. Inspired by a crazy dream in a genre she no longer reads, Abigayle set off on a journey to write her first novel and she hasn’t looked back since.
Writing is her ministry, freelance editing her job, and reading her pastime—all of which prove that God really does know what He’s doing when He inspires a 6-year-old with a pencil in her left hand.

And now I'll pass the post on to Abi, who's here for an author interview in the form of a vlog!
And there you have it! I hope you guys check out Andora's Folly, because it is a seriously neat book with a beautiful story! I've never read the Pandora's Box myth (though I know the gist of it), and I still greatly enjoyed the book. So go ahead and check it out on Goodreads and Amazon so that you can add the gorgeous thing to your TBR! ;)
